What is the implementation process for a core banking system?

We follow clear phases: analysis and requirements gathering, configuration, development and integration, testing (functional, security, and volume), training, controlled deployment, and post-launch support. Each stage includes quality control and traceability.

How long does a typical implementation take?

It depends on the scope and size of the institution. A project generally takes between 6 and 18 months. We define a customized work plan, with milestones and partial deliveries, to reduce risk.
